This agreement is a legal contract between you and Superman VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile or desktop VPN application (the 'App').

By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code, translate app text, or create derivative versions without authorization. The App, trademarks, interface, and technical materials are owned by the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or pricing and will provide reasonable notice where appropriate. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking, rooting, or installing untrusted plugins may affect app operation or security.

The Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics. When those features are used, the respective third-party terms and policies may also apply.

Service limitations: The App depends on stable Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for inability to use the service caused by unpaid device bills, data limits, weak signal, disabled permissions, or carrier restrictions. Mobile data or roaming charges may apply outside Wi-Fi or while roaming, so confirm you have authorization from the bill payer before use.

Users are responsible for their own use of the App. Battery depletion, incorrect system settings, or changes in third-party platform policies may cause access failures and are outside our compensation scope. We work to maintain accurate routing and node information, but some network conditions depend on third-party infrastructure. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates, and you agree to install current versions when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to lawfully terminate or adjust service; after termination, you must stop using and delete the App.

Software Non-Refund Policy

Non-Refund Policy: Completed software purchases are generally final. Once a license key, subscription entitlement, or digital product access has been delivered, unconditional refund requests are not accepted.

Customer Support: If you encounter problems, contact support. We will help troubleshoot client, account, node, and payment-related issues.

Technical Issues: Rare technical issues may affect use. We will make reasonable efforts to fix problems or provide alternatives, but a technical issue does not automatically create a refund entitlement.

Unauthorized Use: Refunds will not be provided if license keys, subscription accounts, or digital access are shared, resold, or used without authorization.

Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy, with changes becoming effective after publication on the website.
